In order to offer our customers the best service, quality and pricing, we know how important it is to have good, clear communication; we've made the decision to do away with automatic fulfillment. We are thrilled to be working directly with photo labs that we have trusted for years.
When selecting the image, size of print, paper, framing and so many other options, we know that we are the best people to answer any questions you may have, taking the guess-work out of placing an order. We will communicate your choices to the lab, better ensuring that what you have ordered is what you will receive.
It starts with an email to us, letting us know that you would like to order a print (framed or unframed). Simply specify the image(s), we'll reply right away. Whether by email or phone call, we'll be happy to discuss all of the options available and we'll give you a ball-park idea of cost and shipping time. This also makes special cropping-requests possible and painless. A friendly, helpful conversation will result in the order of your customized purchase with several payment options.
